Passport Movie Review

The biggest positive about Passport is that the film’s runtime is only two hours, which comes as a big relief. Unlike many other Gujarati films, the movie takes very little time for build up and straightaway gets into action. Passport is a fast paced movie with a tight plot and good performances from lead characters. For those who like light hearted films, Passport can be a must watch at least once. Seeing Gujarati films develop is a good feeling and with each good film, the belief only reinforces itself that the good days are not far ahead.

“Passport” has joined the bandwagon of comedy films prevalent right now in our regional cinema. Though it has additional elements of romance, tragedy and emotions in fair amounts, they do not strike the right chords. I wouldn’t consider suspense as an element in the movie, because there was nothing that created it, sadly. The movie is definitely a family entertainer. If the festive mood is still afresh in your minds and pockets, you can consider this movie as a tool to spend some good time with family.
